Zone Out Football was built for athletes who want more than a roster spot — the ones chasing the version of themselves that only shows up when the work gets hard.
We started as a small group of coaches and former players who felt youth football had lost the plot — too much noise, not enough development. So we built something different: elite competition paired with real mentorship, where every rep is about building the player and the person.
Today that mission plays out on fields across the country — in film rooms, in weight rooms, and in the moments between reps where character actually gets built.

ZONE OUT PUSHES ME TO BE A BETTER ATHLETE, A BETTER TEAMMATE, AND A BETTER MAN.

The coaching here doesn't stop at the whistle. They check on grades, they check on home. It's the first program that felt like family.
Zone Out pushes me to be a better athlete, a better teammate, and a better man.
I've coached a lot of programs. This is the only one where the scoreboard was never the point — and somehow we still keep winning.
